Clear coated?

I know some people are gonna think this is a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it anyways. I just bought a used set of Welds and they need some polishing work.

Before I get started are they or are they not clear coated wheels?

None of the syles listed in the 2009 catalog have, or have ever had, a clear coat finish.
